ANSWERS TO OUR MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

  • How it Works
    Arrival: When the truck arrives, the music will be on (unless you request otherwise), and we’ll slowly drive to the spot you’ve chosen for setup. No Setup Needed: The truck is fully self-sufficient and doesn’t require power. Once we’re parked and the serving window is open, guests can come up and order their treats. Payment: Check out our payment options below and be sure to select the one that works best for you when booking. You Pay for All the Treats: The driver tracks all treats in our POS system. At the end of the event, treats and gratuity will be charged to the credit card on file, and a detailed receipt will be sent to your email. Guests Pay for Their Own Treats: No problem! You’ll only pay the booking fee and any additional time (if added), and guests will pay for their own treats and gratuity. Want to Pay for Some Guests?: Want to cover treats for some guests but not all? Provide those on your tab with tickets (supplied by you), and the rest can pay for their own treats.   • Budget Options
    We understand that managing a budget is important, and we’re here to help make it easy for you! Here’s how you can keep things sweet without exceeding your budget: Cap the Cost: You can set a maximum cost of $7.50 per treat. You’ll only be charged for the cost of the treat your guest selects (For example, if they choose a $4.50 treat, that’s the cost you’ll pay.) This leaves you with 19 or more treats to choose from ranging from $2.50-$7.50. Ticket System: If you'd like each guest to only receive one treat, you can provide them with tickets (you supply the tickets). They can then exchange their ticket with our driver for a single treat. Budget Limit: If you have a specific budget in mind (e.g., $500), simply let us know when booking. Once we reach the budget threshold, we’ll give guests the option to purchase additional treats directly. Just include your preferences in the notes section when booking, and we’ll take care of the rest!
  • Hosting an Event in a Public Space
    If you're hosting your event in a public space, we highly recommend providing tickets (supplied by you) for your guests. Here’s why: Ticket System: Whether you’re allowing the general public or not, tickets help ensure that only your guests are on your tab. This keeps things organized and your budget in check. Private Event?: If you'd prefer that we only serve your guests and not the general public, just let us know in the booking notes. If needed, our driver will kindly inform the general public that this is a private event.
  • I want the truck to go to multiple locations in one day, can you do this?
    Yes! Please place the locations and times in the notes when booking. A fuel surcharge will be applied.
  • Will you travel out of town?
    Yes! If your event is located outside of the main city limits we operate in a travel fee may be charged. We will let you know prior to accepting your booking.
  • Can you just come by without us booking?
    Unfortunately, no. The booking fee protects you by ensuring a truck will be at your event.
